Installing and configuring computer hardware, software,systems,networks,printers,and scanners-

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks-

Diagnosing & troubleshooting of computer systems’ hardware and software-

Providing technical support across the company and its branches (this may be in person or over the phone)-

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests-

Logging the queries of employees-

Supporting the roll-out of new applications-

Ability to travel internationally-

Ability to work in a flexible hours when required-

Ability to gather information,preparing report and plan ahead for the coming tasks-
