Description: In this role you’ll be bringing Intrepid adventures to life and spending your days selling, consulting and booking tailor made independent trips for our customers. As a Sales Consultant you’ll do more than just sell, but also be a part of the product development, and itinerary building for our travellers, all while delivering incredible customer service.Our goal is to become a market leader in independent travel, and you will play a key part in that success by providing customised trip and experience options, leveraging on any market trends to fulfils our traveller’s needs. You will see our customers through their entire booking experience and build great relationships with them, remaining as their primary contact point until departure.This is a full-time position based out of our office in Marrakesh, Morocco but will allow for some flexibility for remote/work from home occasionally.Some of the experience you will bring with you may include:Strong destination/regional and local travel knowledge in an absolute must haveSignificant travel industry experience, ideally with adventure travel or have a strong understanding of Intrepid!Previous Sales experience, with great relationship and rapport building skills is essentialExposure to adventure travel product development would be an asset, but not requiredGreat fluency in English, French and Arabic (Both written and verbal)Our people reflect the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit:
