RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain a deep understanding of Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success processes
- Collaborate with department heads to comprehend processes and SOPs
- Master Automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Zapier)
- Document Automations per department meticulously
- Develop and update SOPs for Customer Success and Recruitment
- Provide administrative/onboarding support with Operations
- Optimize and suggest modifications to existing processes
WORK HOURS:
